Avinor AS, with subsidiary companies, will establish a new purchasing scheme for the procurement of building and construction management, and support/staff functions for its development projects and project portfolio. The intention of this notice is to inform the supplier market for these services that from 15.8.2022 Avinor will use the qualification scheme TransQ for contests/assignments. (TransQ is a certified qualification scheme that is run by Achilles on behalf of the Nordic transport sector.)
When using the qualification scheme, Avinor will only invite suppliers who have been taken up in the scheme to submit tenders. It is therefore important that suppliers that would like to be prequalified must register in TransQ for the codes defined in the annex.
