The procurement primarily comprises electricity to Oslo Municipality's entities and collaboration partners. The exception is power that is included in leasing contracts. The delivery also includes access to an energy follow-up tool. Furthermore, the delivery includes invoice administration through the receipt and payment of invoices from the network owner.
