Vågåheimen - construction stage 1 and 2 - turnkey contract

The work includes the reconstruction and new building work for Vågåheimen in Vågå. The project is carried out as a turnkey contract, where two construction stages are planned: • Construction stage 1 (Norwegian: BT1) includes the required demolition of existing buildings for a new production kitchen, engineering design and execution of reconstruction and an addition for a new production kitchen, café and canteen on the ground floor, and technical rooms in the first floor. Associated outdoor work is included in construction stage 2. Start of work: 01.07.22, completion: 01.02.23. • Construction stage 2 (Norwegian: BT2) includes the construction of a new building for 2 HDO [24 hours care] departments on the ground floor and in the basement, as well as outdoor work.
