Procurement of a framework agreement for consultancy services - web design and web development

The contracting authority needs ongoing consultancy services for web design and web development. See Part II - Contract SSA-R and the accompanying annexes for further details on the delivery. The total estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 4 million - NOK 8 million excluding VAT, a total of NOK 16 million - NOK 32 million over the contract period, including options. The estimate is uncertain, as any changes in the budget or decisions can increase or decrease the need as regards the above amount. The contract will be valid for a scope of up to NOK 50 million over the contract period (four years). A parallel framework agreement will be signed with up to three tenderers. The call-off mechanism and distribution key for the call-offs under the framework agreement are given in the contract text.
