The call for tenders concerns the provision of accounting and payroll services, including receipt and processing of invoices (electronic invoice flow), reports, VAT, salaries, balancing, periodic balancing, annual accounts with tax papers, etc. The procurement is estimated to have a value above the EEA threshold, and is estimated to be NOK 3,800,000 excluding VAT over 6 years.
