Eksfin wants to enter into a framework agreement over two years with an option for a further one year + one year with two tenderers for recruiting services.
The recruitment agency will contribute to placements of all types of positions with the exception of administrative directors. In some circumstances, we will carry out the placements ourselves, with or without reduced assistance from the recruitment agency. Eksfin complies with the state law and regulations for employment, and it is assumed that the recruitment agency's offered team also masters this. In addition to assisting with the placement processes it is preferable that the tenderer can offer assistance in the following areas:
Team development of management groups and teams
Management assessment
Career advice and coaching on the management level.
