Kort beskrivelse

Call for tenders for the procurement of a complete case/archive system based on Noark 5, with archive functionality and functions for general case management, and meeting and committee management. The system must have the option for further development in accordance with national legal requirements and be in use in the current public administration. The contracting authority emphasises that the system must be based on standard products and has a simple and user-friendly support for data capture, digital dispatching and signing and access to national common components. There must be functions for integration with professional systems for collection, maintenance and storage of documents worthy of preservation. The system must be delivered as a cloud service (SaaS system). See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
