Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas The purpose of this Market Survey is to identify potential bidders for the supply of about 8.4 m2 - (21’708 sensors, each of approximately 2×2 cm2) high quality radiation tolerant Low Gain
Avalanche Detectors (LGAD) sensors (hereafter referred to as “sensors” or the “Supply”). These are silicon sensors with a gain layer close to the p-n junction that significantly improves the timing performance of the sensors. As stated above, CERN reserves the right to split the contract among at least two contractors.
