Framework agreement - technical calculation committee for climate

The purpose of the framework agreement is to give the Technical Calculation Committee for Climate (TBU klima] the opportunity to college capacity and competence in order to solve the committee's work assignments in accordance with the mandate. Tenderers should have expertise in socio-economic and quantitative methods, and particularly methods relevant for analysis of measures and instruments in the climate sector, and emissions projections. Multiple environments are encourage to collaborate in order to cover the competence requirement. The duration of the framework agreement is until the end of the mandate period, June 2023.
