Building Contractor Services, Framework Agreement

The tender contest involves a framework agreement for the delivery contractor services. The selected providers must undertake the following trades with own or external HR (the list is not exhaustive): building contractor/joinery/carpentry – bricklaying/formwork/tiling – Painting/wall papering/floor covering – tinning – roofing – passive fire proofing. The estimated annual value of the procurement is between NOK 9 000 000 and NOK 14 000 000, excluding VAT per year. The maximum volume for the framework agreement over four years will be NOK 56 000 000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
