The contest is for a framework agreement for the delivery of pipes and pipe parts. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 10 000 000 excluding VAT a year in recent years. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information.
