Bane NOR shall optimize the working processes for managing the operational ICT services at the National Operation Center, NOC and will conduct a competition on purchasing system support to realize this.
It is important for Bane NOR to have a dialogue with contractors to achieve good competition and predictability. The tender documents version 0.8 is therefor sent for consultation.
