Ålesund kommune (Ålesund Municipality) will carry out a project to clean Ålesund harbour, see
www.renerefjord.no. There is a need to procure consultancy services in order to detail design the planned works in Ålesund harbour. The tenderer must be able to offer consultancy services in the areas included in the tender documentation, also to carry out metagenomic examinations and environmental tests on the seabed. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in Annex 1 — ‘Requirement specification’. The contracting authority also wants an option for engineering design with previous gasworks, see a further description in Annex 7 — description of option. The contracting authority estimates a total value of the assignment and option for NOK 13 000 000 excluding VAT over the contract period of 4 years. The estimate is made according to the contracting authority's best judgement, and does not bind the contracting authority for withdrawals. The implementation of the project requires project funds from the Norwegian Environment Agency.
