Veikkaus is looking for business consultancy and aid in planning and executing new business plans, achieve clear market insights and conduct efficient product development for Veikkaus New Business. The purpose of this invitation to tender is to find experienced consultancy agencies to support Veikkaus in its preparation journey to international operations. With the upcoming legislation changes and the proposed new lotteries act. Veikkaus would hope to engage in international B2B activity. As a result of these changes in legislations and for a more efficient and competitive start of its international operations, Veikkaus New Business must further develop its business plan, define its financing strategy, productize its know-how as well as have a clear market and competitors’ insight. Succeeding requires, in addition to effective operations, a solid support of key stakeholders including own personnel. The services in the scope of the call for tender are distributed in to two sections: 1) Section 1: Total company and business development services Selected supplier supports international preparation efforts through a strong project proposition which would focus on three key elements in 8-10 markets: — per market bottom-up revenue potential validation; — refined value proposition and go to market priorities; — refined and validated business plan. 2) Section 2: Specific business services Selected suppliers provide selected business services focusing on advice, assessment and support on a selected market analysis either from legal, competitive or business perspectives, ad-hoc legal advice on a selected subject as well as international product development and management services. Services are divided into 4 divisions: Division 1: Market and competition analysis; Division 2: Legal business evaluation and advice; Division 3: International product development and management services; Division 4: Corporate development services and advice. One tenderer can only leave a tender for Section 1 or Section 2. In Section 2 the tenderer can leave a tender in one or more divisions. The goal is to select 1 supplier for section 1 and 4-10 suppliers for section 2 to be included in the framework agreement.
