Veterinarian Duty Services, Framework Agreement

The municipalities are responsible for organising clinical veterinary duty services. The main emphasis of the assignments concerns production animals and horses. This procurement concerns delivery of veterinarian duty services in Follo veterinary district (Frogn, Nesodden, Ås, Vestby, Enebakk and Nordre Follo). Tenderers can offer multiple veterinarians who wants to be included in the scheme. The offered veterinarians must be names, described and documented in accordance with the award criteria 2.2.2 Assignment specific competence. The contracting authority will sign a contract with multiple tenderers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The choice of number of suppliers is determined based on a need for four to eight veterinarians. The value of the procurement is anticipated to be approx. NOK 880 000 excluding VAT per year. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Refer to the procurement documents for further information.
