Construction of a New Coastal Research Vessel

The contest concerns a contract for delivery of a new coastal research vessel (ship building contract). It has been decided that the procurement of a new coastal research vessel shall be divided into two procurements, one procurement for design (design contract) and one procurement for construction, equipping, testing and delivery of the vessel (Ship Building Contract). The procurement of design/engineering design of a new coastal research vessel has been carried out and a winner selected. Ship competence will be a subcontractor for this construction contract. A tender specification has been prepared for the new coastal research vessel as a basis for the contest. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
