The purpose of the procurement procedure was to award a contract for the provision of services regarding the planning and implementation of an EU Funded Promotion Campaign in China (hereinafter referred as ‘Campaign’). The purpose of the Campaign is to promote European and Finnish pork and poultry meat in China. The purchaser is in the process of applying for the EU funding and the service provided will assists the purchaser in the EU fund/grant application.
