Tildelingsinformasjon
The aim of the procurement is to enter into regional contracts for cleaning services and cleaning products for the Police.
The cleaning service must be provided as frequency-based cleaning.
The contracting authority shall conduct service inspections in accordance with NS-INSTA800's quality profile as well as quality profiles as stated in the room lists to Annex 1, Enclosure 2.
The service includes, but is not limited to, the following:
— frequency-based regular cleaning services
—— floors (including i.a. removal of stains, cleaning of carpets and vacuum-cleaning), furniture and fixtures, walls and ceilings;
—— contamination cleaning services;
—— poolishing of floors (including cleaning poolishing);
—— glass and glass walls;
—— entrances;
—— cleaning products and sanitary products;
—— mats.

The contracting authority emphasises that the contract for ordered cleaning and options can be entered by all locations in the Norwegian Police, cf. point 1.1 in the Rules for the competition
