Framework Agreement for Knowledge and Research Based Consultancy Services and Emergency Preparedness

On behalf of the Norwegian Directorate of Health, Norsk Helsenett SF will procure a framework agreement for knowledge and research based consultancy services for central national authorities within the disciplines of: 1) Violence and traumatic stress; 2) Radicalisation and violent extremism; and 3) Psychosocial follow-up during crises, accidents and catastrophes. Within topic area 3, the tenderer must also have an emergency preparedness base for the contracting authority. A contract will be signed with one tenderer who will cover all of the topic areas. Overview of the central national authorities is under II.2.4).
