RegionData invites tenderers to participate in a competition for maintenance, supplementation and consultancy services for software licences. RegionData, with its owner municipalities, uses products from Microsoft in large parts of its IT environment, both on the server and client side and, not least, for office suite and interaction systems. Our existing EA (Enterprise Agreement) was extended in May 2018 to a joint hire agreement for both RegionData and its owner municipalities. This competition will result in a contract with a Microsoft Licensing Solutions Partner (LSP), who can process orders for licences and subscriptions for microsoft's entire portfolio, as well as a new EA agreement when this expires. Our licence supplier will also assist in annual true-up and any revisions, as well as SAM (Software Asset Management) consultancy services. In addition, an option is wanted for the municipalities' OVS-ES contracts to be administered via this licence management contract.
