Renewal, Øyeren ICT Operating Environment

Large parts of ØIKT's operating environment are to be renewed, due to, amongst other things, capacity/performance challenges, changed needs, the support situation (end of updates/spare parts, or close to the end), standardisation and strategy. The modernisation shall be carried out in 2019 as coordinated deliveries that are quality assured by the awarded tenderer. — the old storage and server platform must be replaced by a new HCI system, — the current back-up service (BaaS, Purify AS) shall be continued or replaced by a new system. Regardless if the Purity system is continued or a new buck-up system shall be installed, the back-up system must be able to be connected to a new HCI system, — all critical systems (mainly the duplicated core system) including a redundant Broadnet — online system must be relocated from separate server rooms to the current computer centre. Redundant connections with the new computer centre and municipalities shall also be established. The current Juniper core network must be modernised with a Juniper system. The current Palo Alto Network's security platform shall be supplemented by an inner firewall.
