The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ) shall enter into a contract for the application stage of "externally financed projects" and adaptation thereof. The system must be included in DFØ's overall solution for financial services. Mainly for the four large universities (Bergen, Oslo, Trondheim and Tromsø – BOTT). The contract applies particularly to services for the project financial area.
