Statens vegvesen Region vest [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, northern region], hereafter called the Contracting Authority, wants tender offers for the delivery of helicopter services in the counties of Rogaland, Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane. The assignment will primarily concerns flights for geologists in connection with site inspection of avalanches. In addition there can be a need for helicopters for triggering avalanches with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's Daisybell equipment, clearing avalanche tracks, clearing of ice with bullets and other types of assignments where the Contracting Authority requires a helicopter.
