The intention of this assignment is to make a report to check the content of Guyana's reports on their performance in accordance with the provisional indicators on deforestation and forest degradation established under the Guyana-Norway partnership in REDD +
A proposal for the verification process shall be presented to the contracting authority for discussion and feedback. The governments in Norway and Guyana can comment on the proposed methodology after receiving the document. A draft of the verfication report shall be given to the contracting authority within 9 weeks after Guyana has submitted the first version of the result report for a given year. This means that the draft to the report shall be submitted five weeks after the public comments have been reviewed.
