The purpose of the procurement is to meet Lørenskog municipality's needs for electrical articles for offices, houses and institutions to be used by the municipality's businesses in a quality-conscious and cost-effective manner. The other central focus areas for the framework agreement are, amongst others, reduced environmental impact, optimisation and standardisation of the assortment, management of consumption and procurements through cataloguing and analysing work. Emphasis will also be put on sobriety and control of consumption. The framework agreement will ensure good cooperation with a loyal partner with good knowledge and experience, who is continually able to comply with the purpose of the framework agreement.
