Framework agreement for SMS notification services

Agder County, avdeling samferdsel shall procure cloud-based off-the-shelf solution for SMS notification for affected population in a designated geographical area. Examples of what affects the population and neighbours are blasting work, road closures, initiation of projects, dust / noise / vibrations, restrictions regarding traffic management, summons to information meetings / open days and other needs that affect residents within a designated geographical area. The tool can be used in Agder, and by all departments in Agder County. For further information about the contents of the procurement, please see section II annex 1.
