The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the need for ventilation filters and belts for operation and maintenance as well as improvements to property, buildings and facilities for the municipalities of Lillestrøm and Rælingen, Lillestrøm kirkelig fellesråd and MIRA IKS. Furthermore, the purpose is to ensure that there is the cleanest possible indoor air in the Contracting authority's premises where there are ventilation systems.
