The purpose of the assignment is to implement a Grant Management System which is adapted to ForumCiv’s new standards and current ways of working, efficient and cost effective.   The main objectives with a new system:  Strengthen trust and increase the use of the grant management system especially among employees outside the Swedish office Improve collaboration and communication internally and externally (with the partner and member organisations) Get a clearer structure and functionality that ensures an ease of use for the information owners Keep up with technological advances and get a faster system  Better connect the system with our other central IT systems (financial & operational planning) as well as our collaboration tools.
