The contracting authority will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with up to three (3) tenderers, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenders. The purpose of the contract is to cover the clients need for playground equipment and safe fall surfaces, in accordance with the requirement specification. The contract will primarily be used for upgrades and projects in municipal playgrounds, nursery schools, schools and the like. The contract will be use to purchase goods both with and without associated services.
