Politiets fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy support for digitalisation for the police.
The procurement is divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1 is called 'Partner';
Lot 2 is called 'Consultant Liaison'.
Lot 1 is expected to have a considerably larger estimated value than lot 2, based on previous use.
The contracting authority intends to award a contract (parallel framework agreements) for Lot 1 to minimum the 3 tenderers who are deemed to have the best relationship between price and quality. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter into a contract with up to 5 tenderers if the result of the evaluation shows that this is required to meet the contracting authority's competence and capacity needs. The intention is to have as few partners as possible with the best coverage of our needs.
The contracting authority intends to award a contract for Lot 2 to the tenderer who is deemed to have the best relationship between price and quality.
