The object of the tender process is an analyser capable of measuring 13CO2 in air. , , The minimum requirement is that 13CO2 can be measured with a detection limit of 50 ppb 13C/12C in air at atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration (400 ppm) in a 2-minute measurement or shorter duration. , , In a 2-minute duration, the device should have at least 500 ppb detection limit for carbon dioxide.
