Luminor Bank in Latvia will organize the Request of Proposal for Media buying service.
Planned Tender announcement date is 2018-08-31.

Requested documents can be submitted in Luminor Bank Head office in Riga (Luminor Bank AS, Skanstes iela 12, Rīga, recipient Zane Gulbe, Procurement officer, or via Mercell e-mail (signed with official digital signature).

Deadline to submit requested documents: 2018-08-27, 15:00 pm

Only companies who are not working and will not work next 2 years with clients from financial service sectors (banks and fast loan, leasing companies) can apply to this tender.


Invitation to participate in the next stage of Tender will be sent only to those suppliers who will be submitting requested document to Luminor till specified deadline.
