Tildelingsinformasjon
The Contracting Authority shall enter into a Framework Agreement for legal assistance.
The competition is implemented by Aust-Agder Fylkeskommune on behalf of all of the Contracting Authorities listed as “the Client” on the signature page of the contract.
Each Client has different needs for legal assistance during the framework period. Therefore, after the competition has been carried out, each individual Client listed as “the Client” on the signature page of the contract will sign separate framework agreements with the tenderer who wins the relevant competition.
