Sarpsborg municipality would like to procure a new management system. There is a need for a tool that contributes to simplifying work on action plans, budgets, reports and analyses of the services that Sarpsborg produces.
Sarpsborg municipality will implement a supplier dialogue prior to the tender contest, and therefore requests a short presentation of solution proposals from potential tenderers. Proposals are to be sent by 14.8.2018. The received information will be processed in accordance with the Public Administration Act's rules on confidentiality.
Sarpsborg municipality will then contact relevant tenderers with an invitation to one-on-one dialogue meetings. The dialogue meetings are expected to be held in weeks 34-39.
