Sarpsborg municipality, (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) invites tenderers, in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurement, to a tender contest for a framework agreement for 2018, with an option for a 1 year extension for temporary staff services for the health and care services.
The agreement shall ensure supply services of temporary staff for the health and care service for Sarpsborg municipality's units, mainly authorised nurses and medical students (with a passed examination in pharmacology, 4 years completed study). See part 2, the requirement specifications.
