The establishment of a new and united training and competence centre in Førde is a major investment project which shall organise the co-localisation of Mo and Øyrane sixth form college and Hafstad sixth form college to a new sixth form college in Førde and co-localisation with the vocational college. The project also includes a new dental clinic in Førde and the construction of a multi-user hall. Based on the FEF area model, a preliminary area frame of approx. 22 000 m2 is prepared for a total project located at Øyrane near the current sixth form college. The approx. area of the current school facility is 9 000 m2. Based on this a preliminary and rough basis an expected investment requirement for reconstruction work and new building is approx. 500 000 000 NOK including VAT. This part of the project / contract has a total value between 2 000 000 NOK and 5 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
