The objective of the procurement is that the customers of Bodø kommune shall be able to order the services electronically in a simple, efficient and quick manner. I.E. The municipality shall be part of a coordinated excavating notice service. The system shall be a complete electronic system, i.e. The system shall be completely developed and tested. The municipality shall not be part of the innovative development of the cooperation project. The primary function of the excavating notice service is that it shall function as a coordinated service. This means that the tenderer must have existing agreements, and a functioning system for the delivery of maps pinpointing infrastructure belonging to the network owners Telenor, Nordlandsnett, Signal bredbånd and Broadnet in the municipality. The requirement specification for the electronic system for excavating notice has been prepared. Bodø kommune will enter into a contract with a duration of two years with the option to extend for 1 year + 1 year. The deadline of the waiting period is 9.4.2018, 12:00. After this, Bodø kommune will enter into a contract with a tenderer as described. The municipality has a unilateral option on 1 year + 1 year, valid from 2 years after signing of the contract. Based on the municipality’s investigations and knowledge of the market, the selected tenderer is the only service provider who can deliver the municipality’s needs. The selected tenderer can offer a functioning system for delivery of maps pinpointing infrastructure belonging to the network owners Telenor, Nordlandsnett, Signal bredbånd and Broadnet in Bodø kommune. It is only through an agreement with Geomatic that Bodø kommune’s customers will have access to maps pinpointing infrastructure of the named network owners.
