TT card, administration of scheme, framework agreement for Vestfold and Telemark fylkeskommune.

Vestfold and Telemark fylkeskommune shall procure a service provider of administration services connected to the TT card scheme (Facilitated transport) in the county municipalities.

Vestfold and Telemark county municipalities (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) have the purchasing responsibility for this procurement.

Changes on the side of the Contracting Authority.

Vestfold and Telemark fylkeskommune are currently 2 separate county municipalities. From and including 1.1.2020, there will be a new organisation in a new large entity with a new organisation number.

In order to participate in the competition, tenderers must fill in the electronic self-declaration form, stating that they fulfil all of the qualification requirements mentioned below.
