Efficacy studies in comparison with standard-care. Also, pharmacokinetic study of the test-drug in serum and eye compartments in non-human primates. Furthermore, development of methods such as ELISA, western blot and immunohistochemical methods for and tests of test-drug in different non-human primate and rabbit sera and tissues are also requested.
