The EEA, as leading contracting authority for the purpose of this inter-institutional call for tenders, and the European Commission, Directorate-General for Environment and Directorate-General for Climate Action, as participating contracting authorities, seek to establish framework service contracts in cascade for the provision of IT services and support in the following areas: Zope/Plone/Python Web development; and availability to first-level helpdesk for support of said Web development.
