The Organizations have determined the organization of execution of the Tender process. The process will be led by the following Project Group ("Project Group"). The aim for this tender is to establish a contract according to the description in the Tender form. The goal is to establish independent Analytics that will be generally accepted as the 'official' measurement of Internet use in Norway. These Analytics must consist of a representative panel study delivering overnight data on internet usage in Norway as well as a technical, site centric, measurement service. It should be possible to measure all forms of Internet use – both 'traditional' Internet, mobile Internet, streaming, use of apps and any new forms of Internet usage. The Organizations are therefore asking for a Proposal for delivery of Analytics, as specified in the documents.
