Tender description: Provision of Create Visual Elements that Effectively Represents and communicates the UNFL’s Mission The objective of the UNFL visual identity project is to create a coherent and distinctive set of visual elements that effectively represents and communicates the UNFL's mission, values, and goals to a global audience. Key aims of this project include: 1. Brand Recognition: Develop a unique visual style that makes the brand easily recognizable and distinguishable from other UN entities whilst adhering to overall UN branding and visual identity guidelines. 2. Consistency: Ensure a consistent appearance across all media and platforms, reinforcing our brand identity and strategic messaging 3. Effective communication: Employ visual tools to convey the core messages of the UNFL, ensuring they resonate with a global audience. 4. Emotional Engagement: Craft a visual identity that evokes the appropriate emotional response from the global community, strengthening their connection to UNFL’s mission. 5. Credibility: Enhance the perceived professionalism and credibility of the UNFL, thereby building trust among global stakeholders. 6. Scalability and flexibility: Create a visual identity that is adaptable and scalable, capable of evolving with our growing scope and changing needs. 7. Strategic positioning: Utilize the visual identity to strategically position the UNFL within the global strategic foresight expertise arena The project will be broken down into the deliverable areas listed in the Deliverables and Timeline section below, which will include in-person or virtual brainstorming sessions and workshops with the team in Helsinki, as required by the project timeline and milestones. This allows for an iterative creative process that ensures thorough feedback and refinement throughout each stage. All deliverables will be finally compiled in a Visual Identity Guide to be used for internal UNFL employees and relevant stakeholders. -------------------------------- IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
