Technical description of the subject of the supply	1. Design, manufacture and supply of the auger conveyor - AC-207 for a tricanter for the 3rd stage of purification of the circulating oil of the unit for processing of heavy and light-medium resin and detarring 2. In the price quotation it is necessary to indicate the delivery time, as well as attach drawings (sketches) of the proposed auger 3.The characteristics of the auger conveyor AC-207 are presented in Attachment_1_T-207 PID.png and Attachment_2_T-207.docx. 4.The final arrangement of the conveyor flanges will be adjusted during the design process. 5. The equipment must comply with the current Estonian Republic regulations. 6. The Supplier is obliged to provide the Customer with the complete technical documentation for the supplied equipment.

Terms and conditions of tenderer’s credentials	1. The company-offerer must have an experience of the similar supplies.
Criteria for the assessment of offers	The purchase will be made in accordance with the technical specifications and the most profitable offer.
Deadliine for the con tract completing	The delivery time is no later than 01.03.2024

Техническое описание объекта поставки	1.Проектирование, изготовление и поставка шнекового транспортера – ШТ-207 под трикантер, для 3 этапа очистки циркуляционного масла. 2.В ценовом предложение указать срок поставки, а также приложить чертежи(эскизы) предлагаемого шнека 3.Параметры шнекового транспор-тера ШТ-207 представлены в Attachment_1_T-207 PID.png и Attachment_2_T-207.docx. 4.Окончательное расположение фланцев транспортера будут скорректированы в процессе проектирования. 5.Оборудование должно соответствовать действующим нормам ЭР. 6.Поставщик обязан предоставить Заказчику полную техническую документацию на поставляемое оборудование.

Срок предоставления предложений	09.08.2023
Условия квалификации поставки	1.Оференты должны иметь регистрацию в Регистре хозяйственной деятельности (МТR). 2.Фирма-оферент должна иметь опыт подобных поставок.
Критерии оценки предложений	Закупка будет производиться в соответствии с техническими условиями и экономически наиболее выгодным предложением.
Срок выполнения договора	Срок поставки не позднее 01.03.2024 г

Цены просим представить без учета НСО.

Заказчик оставляет за собой право организовать между двумя наилучшими участниками дополнительный тендер для получения предложения с наиболее минимальной стоимостью.
Заказчик оставляет за собой право изменить объем работ или отклонить все предложения, в случае, если у Заказчика появляются изменения в объемах работ или предложения превышают бюджет Заказчика.

При выполнении договора о закупке участник тендера обязан соблюдать нормативные документы, установленные заказчиком, в том числе правила, инструкции, процедуры, которые размещены на сайте.
