Two year framework agreement with an option for 1+1 year for the delivery of water and sewage materials from a wholesaler for the operation and maintenance of the outdoor water and sewage pipeline network, and the delivery of HVAC and sanitation materials for indoor use.
The procurement concerns Fredrikstad, Halden, Hvaler and Sarpsborg Municipalities.
The contract is mostly for goods for work carried out by the contracting authority, as Fredrikstad, Hvaler, and Sarpsborg Municipalities have ongoing framework agreements for plumbing services that include both hours and used materials.
The contracting authority´s independent companies.
Other municipal entities, including all official legal bodies and associations, cf. the definition in the Public Procurement Act §2, will have the right, but not an obligation, to join the framework agreement.
If, during the contract period, the municipality converts parts of its own business into a 100% owned limited company or establishes new companies, the new companies will also have the right, but not the obligation, to enter into an agreement on the same terms as the municipality.
