Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) [the Norwegian Police Shared Service], hereafter called the contracting authority, will enter into a framework agreement to procure suitable headphone sets for operations centres/ICCS (Integrated Communication and Control Systems) and headphone sets for switchboards, system devices and IP apparatuses in general. It must be possible to supply both wireless and wired headphone sets, as well as spare parts and accessories for these. The contract will also cover support, repairs and maintenance, as well as warranty.
The framework agreement does not cover headphone sets used for mobile telephones and PCs, or that are primarily used for Teams/Skype.
A more detailed indication of who the contract applies to, hereunder who is considered the Client in accordance with the contract, follows annex 1 to the contract.
