The American Embassy Riga intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Snow Cleaning and Removal Services.If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please, download the below listed invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions.
The Embassy will consider all proposals which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

The deadline for submittal of quotes is 14:00 on November 22, 2021. All proposals must be submitted electronically to [email protected]. Proposals submitted to any other email address will not be considered.
