Tromsø Municipality needs information on suppliers that can provide a residential and welfare offer for a 15-year old boy in Tromsø Municipality.
Tromsø Municipality would like feedback on whether there are suppliers that can provide a residential and welfare offer for a 15 year old boy. See the annex Additional Information on the User for further details on the need.
The residential offer must be within Tromsø Municipality, preferably on Tromsøya, in Tromsdalen, or Kvaløysletta.
It is preferable if the residence is in a house with up to four (4) residential units for youths of the same age. The set-up must allow the user the choice of whether he will socialise with the others or will withdraw to his own room.
The estimated start-up date is 31 May 2021.
There will be a need for continual staffing, mainly 1:1, with an option for 2:1 at times, as well as an awake night shift at the start. The staffing must be adapted to the need.
