Lühikirjeldus Procurement of services for the development of electronic consular services of the Information and Telecommunication System “e-Consul” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine based on the Electronic Interaction System of State Electronic Information Resources “Trembita” for the purpose of setting up electronic information interactions between information systems of ministries and other central authorities. Any reference made in the procurement documents to any standard or other basis specified in subsection 88 (2) of the PPA, as a criterion of conformity to the technical specification of the tender or to a source, process, trademark, patent, type, origin or method of production, shall be read as being supplemented by the note "Or equivalent" / Iga viidet, mis on riigihanke alusdokumentides tehtud mõnele standardile või muule RHS § 88 lõikes 2 nimetatud alusele, kui pakkumuse tehnilisele kirjeldusele vastavuse kriteeriumile või ostuallikale, protsessile, kaubamärgile, patendile, tüübile, päritolule või tootmisviisile, tuleb lugeda selliselt, et see on täiendatud märkega „või sellega samaväärne"
