Travel Agency Services for ECDC staff

ECDC staff are regularly required to travel, within and outside the EU, in order to perform their work and/or attend training courses or meetings; these business travels are called ‘missions’. Travel agency services are needed to provide individual business travels for ECDC staff, quotations and book flights, other transport and accommodation. Travellers might have to make bookings themselves also outside of this contract as per ECDC guidelines and travel policies. The contractor shall always follow ECDC guidelines and travel policies for bookings.
