Eesmärk
The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries would like to enter into a contract for research based increases in the knowledge basis for founders and innovation policies. The work must be at a highly professional level at the same time that knowledge transfer between the Contracting Authority and the executing environment is emphasised.
